What to Expect from Treatment
Every treatment is tailored to the individual. Your initial session includes a detailed medical history and lifestyle assessment, followed by a physical assessment involving simple movement tests to aid diagnosis. Treatment typically includes hands-on techniques such as stretching, mobilisation, and manipulation. You will also receive advice on exercises and lifestyle changes to support long-term health.
Training & Standards
Practitioners are trained in subjects such as anatomy, physiology, neurology, pathology, orthopedics, and more. All members follow strict standards set by the Osteomyological Association. Each practitioner brings a unique style to their work, while maintaining professional consistency and safety.
